Retrieve Prescreen Survey results for completed (and optionally declined) surveys which were completed/declined during a lookback period from the current date/time.

Defaults to 600000

The Unix epoch time in milliseconds indicating the lookback period vs the current time to use when searching for recently completed prescreen surveys. If a value is not provided a default of 600000 will be used, corresponding to 10 minutes.

Determines whether surveys with a status of "Declined" are included in the response.

Determines whether only surveys with a "permitted" value of True are returned.

Defaults to false

Determines whether the list of survey trigger sources are also included on the survey responses.
